May 30, 2025 – “Blind Logic: The Ralph R. Teetor Story” received the award for “Best Sound Design” from the Cleveland Arthouse Film Awards (CAFA). CAFA is a leading cultural platform that champions compelling cinema, audiovisual art, and supports independent storytellers and advances the impact of their work in the world. Blind Logic Productions congratulates the sound design team of Darren King, Nikola Simikic, and Amanda Roy of King Soundworks.
May 2, 2025 – “Blind Logic: The Ralph R. Teetor Story” received the award for “Best Documentary” by the LAWEBFEST, that has showcased films & television programs from 49 states and 39 countries since 2009. The Hollywood ceremony was held at the Barnsdall Gallery Theatre on the historic Olive Hill site in Barnsdall Art Park, named after Louise Aline Barnsdall, American oil heiress and patron of the arts.
May 1, 2025 – “Blind Logic: The Ralph R. Teetor Story” received the award for “Best Trailer” by the Frames of New York Film Festival. This festival celebrates the creativity of filmmakers worldwide and highlights powerful storytelling and cinematic artistry. Blind Logic Productions congratulates Stephen Vittoria of Deep Image for his outstanding creative direction of our official trailer.
March 12, 2025 – Blind Logic Productions was selected as an award winner for the documentary “Blind Logic: The Ralph R. Teetor Story” by the Indianapolis Independent Film Festival for “Best Documentary Film.” The company congratulates the entire creative team behind the making of this film. The Indy Fest supports independent cinema with a mandate to recognize and reward independent filmmakers around the world.
February 14, 2025 – Blind Logic Productions revealed our “Blind Logic” documentary was awarded “Best Feature Documentary” by the Santa Ana Independent Film Awards. This festival is a premiere forum for international and independent cinema, showcasing emerging and established filmmakers. We express our sincere appreciation for the talent and creativity of the team behind this documentary.
January 25, 2025 – Our “Blind Logic” documentary was awarded “Best Feature Documentary” by the Chicago Filmmaker Awards for their December 2024 festival. Their mission is to recognize and reward independent filmmakers currently missing in mainstream Hollywood. As Jack Teetor stated, “I’m very pleased of our creative team behind this film and this recognition received.”
January 15, 2025 – Blind Logic Productions congratulates our editor, Derek Tow, for his recognition by the Washington Film Awards (WFA) for his “Best Editing” achievement for our documentary film, “Blind Logic.” The WFA is an international awards competition attracting both powerhouse companies and new independent filmmakers worldwide. Derek, also a cinematographer, and his Indianapolis – based film crew were on location in Hagerstown, IN, filming our first set of interviews October 2021.
December 10, 2024 – Our “Blind Logic” documentary film was awarded with the “Best Poster” for a documentary feature by the Cinema Odyssey Film Festival, which celebrates the art of movies and cinema from around the world. Blind Logic Productions congratulates the contributions by Stephen Vittoria, Creative Director of Deep Image, and Daniel Teetor, Photo Editor on our documentary.
October 28, 2024 – Our “Blind Logic” documentary has received the “Award of Excellence” from IndieFEST Film Awards for a Documentary Feature and Original Score. The IndieFEST Film Awards recognizes film, television, and new media professionals who demonstrate exceptional achievement in craft and creativity. “Blind Logic” joins the ranks of other high-profile winners of this internationally respected award including 2021 Academy Award winner “If Anything Happens I Love You” by Laura Dern, Will McCormack, and Oscar-nominee Liam Neeson as the narrator of “Love Thy Nature.”
September 6, 2024 -Our documentary, “Blind Logic: The Ralph R. Teetor story,” has received the prestigious “Award of Excellence” for a Documentary Feature, Original Score, and Narration/Voice-Over Talent from the Accolade Global Film Competition. The Accolade is an original, internationally respected global competition, recognizing film, TV and media professionals who have demonstrated exceptional achievement in craft, creativity, and profound storytelling since 2003. As filmmaker Jack Teetor stated, “I am very proud that our artistic composer, Jim Andron, has been recognized for his inspiring and moving score.”
August 15, 2024 – La Jolla, CA – The “Blind Logic” documentary film received the “Award of Excellence” for a documentary feature by The Impact DOCS Awards. Impact DOCS is an internationally prestigious competition honoring filmmakers. Documentaries were received from 30 countries from around the world and judges based their decisions on the quality, creativity, and technical aspects of each film project. Rick Prickett, who chairs Impact DOCS, stated about the winners, “The judges and I were simply blown away by the variety and immensely important documentaries we screened.”
